1. Services Provided

Saving Stones specializes in the cleaning, restoration, and preservation of gravesite headstones and memorials. Our services include:

• Headstone cleaning and restoration
• Lichen, moss, and dirt removal
• Light touch-ups (if applicable)

Limitations

• Broke, chipped, or cracked stones are repaired on a case-by-case basis.
• We do not engrave new lettering or make structural modifications.
• We do not guarantee complete restoration, as some stains, weathering, and damage may be irreversible.

2. Booking & Payment

• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
• All payments are non-refundable once services are rendered.
• We accept Card, Check, or Cash.

Cancellation Policy

• While we do not charge a cancellation fee, we do ask for at least 48 hours notice.
• If we cannot perform the service due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule or issue a refund at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure they have the legal right or necessary permissions to request cleaning/restoration of a headstone.
• Clients must provide accurate details regarding the location and condition of the headstone.

4. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

• While we use safe and industry-approved techniques, there is an inherent risk of damage to aged, fragile, or deteriorating headstones.
• We are also not responsible for future weathering, staining, or biological regrowth after service.

5. Compliance with Cemetery Regulations

• Some cemeteries have restrictions on headstone cleaning. The client must confirm compliance with cemetery rules before booking.
• Saving Stones is not responsible for any fines or penalties incurred due to non-compliance.

6. Website Use & Intellectual Property

• All website content, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Saving Stones and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
• Unauthorized use of our before-and-after photos for commercial purposes is prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect and store personal information (such as names, emails, and phone numbers) solely for booking and communication purposes. We do not sell or share client data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes regarding our services must be addressed in writing within 7 days of service completion.
• In the event of an unresolved dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

Saving Stones reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
